My fiancé proposed to me in the fall of 1998, and I had only 9 short months to plan the wedding of my dreams.

Choosing a wedding

consultant

ho was professional, organized and paid attention to detail was very

important to me. That is why I chose to

work with Bethany Lewis. What struck me about her was her sweet

and friendly demeanor.

She is the definition of a professional, is kind, patient, and a good listener. She was

willing to work within my budget and took the time to find out what was most important to us.

Bethany's professionalism and character was evident in every aspect of our wedding planning. She and her

mother, Ruby Reeves,

planned and organized all of the details, made deposits on my behalf with vendors, and

even arranged to have the punch fountain for

our reception picked up and delivered to the church.

Bethany put her professional cake decorating skills to work when I showed her a picture of the cake I wanted

for our wedding

reception. I had found it in a bridal magazine, and it had the most beautiful 4-tiered, basket-

weave design. Bethany re-created the

entire cake herself and it was not only beautiful, it was absolutely

scrumptious!! I received so many compliments on it at the wedding

reception.

Bethany worked tirelessly during the reception, setting up the buffet and even serving food to our guests. As a

wedding consultant,

she went above and beyond all of our expectations. What could have been the most

stressful event in our lives, went smoothly and without any problems, thanks to Bethany's well-thought out and

careful planning. I

highly recommend her consultant services to anyone who desires a truly special

wedding day.

Since my wife is from Zimbabwe, Southern Africa, she wanted to

have her

wedding cake baked in the

tradition of

her

home country.

There,

most

wedding cakes are actually fruit-cakes, as opposed to

the typical

American

cheese

or carrot-

cake. We looked around town

for someone

who could bake

great wedding fruit-

cake and finally

settled

with Bethany

after we

tasted

her

sample. My wife was very

impressed with her

cake,

as it "tasted very

much

the ones we

have back

home", in her own terms. Our guests

delighted

still commenting weeks

our wedding on how delicious the cake was.

My wife wanted to keep

portion of the

cake until our first year

four weeks, I had devoured whatever was left
